VXN is a dance fitness brand focused on improving the physical & mental wellness of women. Our classes recreate the live stage experience by incorporating trending choreography, musical remixes, and atmosphere lighting. As a result, participants are able to feel like performers. The class experience promotes mind-body connection, emotional release, and community in addition to physical fitness.

Wear your hair down, your favorite lipstick, your flashiest hoops and an outfit that makes you feel like you’re rehearsing for your own concert. Did you just say hair down and makeup to workout?! YUP! Get into character, and by “character” we mean tapping into your inner Saweetie, Beyonce, or Megan.

We recommend black leggings and a comfortable tank or muscle tee. Feel free to wrap a flannel around your waist for extra movement and effect. For footwear, we recommend wearing athletic sneakers. Lastly, a towel and water is a must!
