Right Proper Senate Märzen (6.0% abv) | This recipe, developed in collaborations with our friends at the Heurich House Museum and at Lost Lagers, aims to be a faithful recreation of the Maerzen that at one time “had a very splendid vogue in the capital.” Using notes from Paul Kaiser’s 1933 brewing notebook and Christian Heurich’s books, press releases, and advertisements- we bring you this medium-bodied, malty amber lager with subtle notes of toasted bread, balanced by a touch of “Bavarian and Bohemian” hops.
Atlas Festbier (6.1% abv) | The Atlas Festbier German-Style Lager is lighter in both color and body than a traditional Oktoberfest beer, resulting in a stein-worthy lager. Sweet bread notes are imparted from a blend of Munich, Vienna, and Pilsner malts. We owe the delightful orange blossom aromas to the combination of German and American hops. Fill your mug and Prost!
