Community Week DC “Find Your People” Kickoff Happy Hour

Community Week DC is here, and we’re kicking it off with a happy hour at metrobar!

Community Week is like Restaurant Week, but for making new friends and connections. Whether it’s a reading party, a craft night, or a run club, Community Week is here to help you “find your people.” Check out the Community Week calendar at communityweek.co/dc to find new communities to join!

We’re also here to toast the people who make it all happen. Most of DC’s community builders do this on their own time and their own dime. Community Week is how we show the city that the places where people make friends matter as much as its libraries and bus lines.

Plenty of people come to these solo, so don’t let that stop you. You’ll have a drink, meet a few organizers, and go home with a new plan for the week.
