Event Summary
After a year of resting in barrel, ANXO’s bottled ciders are ready for release! Here is what we’ll be tasting – and you’ll have an option to buy your favorites to drink at metrobar or bring home!
????HEWE’S CRAB – single varietal: High-gravity w/ vibrant acidity and notes of honeysuckle, spice & stone fruit
????HARRISON – single varietal: Bold, with notes of tropical fruit and a full body
????GREAT VALLEY CUVÉE: A blend of Dabinett, Golden Russet, Somerset Redstreak, Kingston Black, Black Twig, Stoke Red, Bulmer’s Norman & Tremlett’s Bitter. Notes of citrus, stone-fruit, and vanilla w/ a firm tannins and balanced acidity.
